About Us
Electrothread is dynamic company, centrally located in Gauteng, only 40 minutes from Johannesburg International Airport. Established as a privately owned company in the year 2000. Received their First Export Contract in 2004 to supply Wiring Harnesses to a UK based Customer.
They supply Products and Services to various customers in South Africa, we well as several International Companies. They have grown to be a recognised international manufacturer specializing in Electrical Wiring Interconnect Systems, Harnesses and Cable Assemblies. There are less than 20 other companies in South Africa that hold the prestigious EN9100 Certification, achieved in 2012, Electrothread is the ONLY Company supplying Electrical Interconnection Products certified to this standard.
