Chris founded Electrothread in 2000, having worked in the Aerospace and Defence Industries since 1989.
ACCOUNT MANAGERS / SALES TEAM
TOM GENG (left) joined our team in 2009 when he returned from the UK where he worked for 10 years. He has a firm technical background in the Automotive and Defence Industries.
GEORGE HOLTZHAUZEN (right) launched his career in the Electrical Interconnect environment in 1994, when he started working as stock controller for an aerospace component distributor. With his extensive industry experience and product knowledge he joined Electrothread as an Account Manager in 2010.

JANINE SHAHIA - OFFICE MANAGER
Janine has been involved in all aspects of our Administration since joining the company in 2005. Thanks to her dedication and experience of all our internal systems and processes, she is an invaluable member of our management team.
IVAN DU PLESSIS - QUALITY MANAGER
Having worked in several departments within Electrothread as a junior manager since 2010 Ivan started to take responsibility for our AS/EN 9100 and ISO 9001 Quality Management system in 2015.
DAAN NAUDE - QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER
Daan worked for ATLAS Aircraft Corporation for 20 years and holds over 40 years’ experience in the Aerospace & Defence Electrical Field. He joined Electrothread as a QC Inspector in 2014.
PRODUCTION COORDINATORS
VALENTINA TASEVA moved to South Africa from Bulgaria in 1996 and has been working in the South African aerospace and defence industries since 2002. She joined Electrothread as a Production Coordinator in 2016.
MARIUS MANS joined our team in as a technician in 2005. His managerial skills and meticulous attention to detail enabled him to rise to the challenging role of Production Coordinator, which he has fulfilled successfully since 2012.
